Highest achievable AA score on our BRC report!
At AVI, we set the bar high when it comes to the service and quality of our products. It is always interesting to see how our quality standards compare to an independent benchmark. We have now found out: The AVI team achieved the highest possible AA BRC status in 2020, certified according to the new version 6. We succeeded in maintaining this AA status in 2021, and we are proud of it!
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is a globally recognized certification program that assesses whether packaging producers operate according to the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI, the standard for food safety). To obtain a BRC certificate, you must meet strict requirements for product and process control, HACCP food safety plan, hygiene, traceability, quality policy, and improvement management. The standards were already stringent and have recently been further tightened. Therefore, we are extra proud to have achieved the highest score. The AA score guarantees our customers that AVI packaging is safe and of the very best quality.
