Terms and Conditions – “65 Years AVI” Anniversary Promotion

Organizer

The promotion is organized by Algemene Verpakkingsindustrie B.V., Parallelweg 2, 1131 DM Volendam, Chamber of Commerce 36029252.

Participation

  • Participation is open to customers of AVI-Volendam B.V. who place an order in September 2025.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • Employees of AVI-Volendam and their family members are excluded from participation.

Promotion period

The promotion runs from 1 September 2025, 00:00 hrs until 30 September 2025, 23:59 hrs.

How it works

  • For every order value of €65 (excl. VAT) during the promotion period, the participant receives one ticket in the draw.

  • The order value is calculated per order; separate orders are not combined.

  • Returns or cancellations do not count towards the number of tickets.

Prizes

  • 1st prize: Travel voucher worth €1,500

  • 2nd prize: Travel voucher worth €500

  • 3rd prize: Travel voucher worth €250

  • Travel vouchers are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and can only be used with the travel agency designated by AVI-Volendam.

  • The value of the prizes includes VAT.

Draw and announcement of winners

  • The draw will take place on 14 October 2025 under the supervision of an independent person.

  • Winners will be personally notified via email or telephone.

Prize presentation

  • Travel vouchers will be handed over during a festive ceremony, recorded on photo and/or video.

  • By participating, winners give permission for the use of this visual material for promotional purposes.

  • Permission for use of visual material can be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

  • AVI-Volendam is not liable for any technical malfunctions or other circumstances beyond its control that prevent participation in the promotion.

  • AVI-Volendam is not responsible for changes or restrictions in the terms of the travel agency where the vouchers are redeemed.

Privacy

Personal data of participants will only be used for the execution of this promotion and in accordance with the AVI-Volendam privacy statement.


Other provisions

  • Dutch law applies to this promotion.

  • AVI-Volendam reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions if circumstances require.

  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome, prize distribution, or the content of these conditions. Complaints are not possible.
