Delivery programme

AVI produces and supplies principally packaging products based on Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). The material is soft, tough, water resistant, insolates warmth, isolates electricity, is impact resistant and provides good resistant against bases and acids. These qualities make possible the processing of a wide range of applications.

We can also supply High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). This material has the same polyethylene granulate base, but due to a different production process – under low pressure and with the aid of a catalytic agent – the synthetic product acquires different qualities, making it suitable for different applications.

Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) is becoming increasingly popular in its uses. It combines the advantages of LDPE and HDPE in the one material. The production of MDPE makes finer gauge (down gauging) films possible, whilst retaining the important qualities of transparency, strength, shrink-ability, stiffness, seal-ability, freeze durability, etc.
