Quality

At AVI, we do not just pay lip service to quality. Our raw materials, production methods and company management are subject to a continuous process of analysis and assessment. We enjoy ISO 9001 certification. Among other things, this means that our quality control policy is set down in detail, that direct communication with all staff is an inextricable part of our policy to successfully fulfil the wishes of our clients. In addition, we meet in full all of the legal demands applicable to our products and services.

All relevant details of any product supplied are fully traceable. This facility forms one of the corner stones of quality features within AVI. This means that for every product we make we can trace which raw materials were used, which extruder was utilised, on which machine the product was printed, which sealing machine was used and who was responsible for production at the various phases. This enables us to pinpoint rapidly where any faults or failings in a production run have occurred, creating immediate opportunities for repair, to prevent any repetition of the original problem. AVI possesses various additional certificates which indicate that the raw materials purchased comply fully with the European standards and demands. This also applies to AVI processed products.

Finally, we are members of the NRK (the Dutch rubber and synthetics industry), which oversees the interests of producers of synthetics. The NRK is committed to innovation, research, competitive empowerment, knowledge transfer, training, the environment and recycling. Developments and knowledge acquired are shared between fellow members, which indirectly contributes to the promotion of improved synthetic products.
